New in OtherPics is my apartment complex in Charlotte, and my crappy old bathroom that I'm having renovated. The page also has the trip from Baghdad to Amman Jordan and on from there, plus a visit to Boston and a sightseeing trip to Boston on a Duck Tour (amphibious vehicle).

Strawberry Hill is our "local" hill. It looks like it's next to the PX, but it is half a mile away.

Similar to Slayer Hill, it is where the dirt goes when you dig big lakes. As Strawberry Hill is pretty much in the center of the Camp, it is out of range of anything the bad guys can throw at us so there's a lot of antennas and stuff that they don't put on Slayer Hill (which would make it a tempting target, since Slayer IS in range of mortars and stuff like that).

In a few of the pictures from top, you can see Slayer Hill and the Perfume Palace in the far distance. Gives you an idea of just how huge this place is.
