JYNARQUE

Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is a genetic disease, meaning that for some families, generation after generation had to deal with managing the burden of a disease that could eventually mean kidney failure and dialysis. A disease without a treatment.

That is, until the launch of JYNARQUE in 2018.

The core consumer campaign imagery for JYNARQUE captured the shared hope that the medication represents.

Here, 3 generations of a family dealing with ADPKD create a kidney-shaped bouquet, representing a more hopeful future.

This image served as a key navigation element on the website for JYNARQUE, inviting users to learn about the product.

  • An important package

For people living with ADPKD, the approval of JYNARQUE was a long-awaited moment. To celebrate a patient’s first shipment of JYNARQUE, we created this starter kit.

  • Welcome to JYNARQUE

When the patient opened their starter kit, they were greeted by a letter welcoming them to what we called Generation J—the first generation with access to JYNARQUE.

  • Tools for treatment

In addition to their first monthly supply of JYNARQUE, the starter kit supplied patients with a brochure, information about patient support, a discreet carrying sleeve for their pills, and, because JYNARQUE can cause excessive thirst, a water bottle.

Getting to Know Generation J

A number of months after JYNARQUE launched, we created a series of videos featuring members of Generation J—the first generation with access to JYNARQUE.

These were more than just patient videos, though. They were patient portraits—beautifully shot short films capturing people with ADPKD in vignettes that fit with their lives and their passions.
